Ordering an in-stock Lucky 14 Pedalboard can be as simple as clicking on the ‘Purchase Now’ link next to the appropriate pedalboard on the Gallery page.
We still prefer the Planning Form/Questionaire be filled out to have correct personal information so we can follow-up to verify your order either via email or telephone.
For custom orders, simply download and email the Planning Form/Questionaire to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will follow up as soon as possible via telephone to briefly and thoroughly discuss your needs.
Once a layout and price is agreed upon, we will send out a brief Statement of Work outlining the project. Fabrication will begin once a 50% deposit is received and the completed board will ship once the remaining balance is received in full.
We will offer a full refund within 7 days (shipping not included) once the product is received. Pedalboard must be returned in new condition and in good faith as it was originally shipped. Blemishes can result in a 15% re-stocking fee.
